At Coastlands Community Church, we believe in the power of emotionally healthy discipleship.  The foundational courses of EHD are Emotionally Healthy Spirituality and Emotionally Healthy Relationships. Each are 8-week video-lead courses designed to work on our inner lives to bring congruence to our "being with God" and our "doing for God". We offer the courses annually.
